Hotel Ilio, open since 1959, gave birth to ELBATUTTANATURA ® by Hotel Ilio in 1989, becoming the first "all-nature" hotel on the Island of Elba. Our goal is to give our guests the opportunity of taking full advantage of the nature that surrounds us.
